Costa Mesa, Calif. – February 7, 2007 – Privately held Eriez Manufacturing Company has acquired privately held Canadian Process Technologies. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
RSM EquiCo Capital Markets acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to Canadian Process on the transaction.
“The acquisition of CPT will enable us to further extend our capabilities and product offerings to the mining and process industries. Additionally, it will help us serve our Canadian and South American customers more quickly and efficiently,” said Mike Mankosa, vice president of operations at Eriez Manufacturing.
