Costa Mesa, Calif. – February 28, 2007 – The senior management team at Bedford Technology, Inc. have completed a buyout of the privately held company. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, which served as the exclusive M&A advisor to Bedford’s management, helped the majority shareholder structure a transaction that granted him sole control of the company while enabling the minority owners to realize a significant liquidity event.
