Paul Bodet

Mr. Bodet has 10 years of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions experience, primarily in technology sectors such as software, communications and electronics manufacturing. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo, Mr. Bodet worked at TechCap Advisors, a Boston-based middle-market investment bank, where he advised software and communications companies on mergers, acquisitions and private placements. Before that he executed M&A and financing transactions for the technology investment banking group of Banc of America Securities LLC (formerly Montgomery Securities LLC).  Mr. Bodet's experience also includes working in Corning's business development group and as a design engineer for Motorola. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Florida Atlantic University and  a master's of business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
