Michael Parham’s background includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, he was vice president in the M&A department of Credit Lyonnais Securities Inc. and served in the M&A Group of Daiwa Securities America, Inc.  Parham began his career at Deloitte & Touche’s international group, serving in New York and Moscow.

Parham is a CPA and an honors graduate of Dartmouth College. He received a master’s degree in business administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
