John Hennessey

Mr. Hennessey has more than 10 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, including seven years in Citigroup’s New York office serving as a vice president with its middle-market mergers and acquisitions division. In addition, he worked for Global Risk Management, where he developed corporate hedge strategies for Fortune 1000 clients, combining derivative instruments and international cash flows. Mr. Hennessey's undergraduate studies include plastics engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and finance at California State University, Long Beach.  He earned a master's in business administration from Pepperdine University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 security licenses.
