Mr. Walker's merger and acquisition experience in the middle market includes structuring recapitalization and raising capital to finance acquisitions. He has transaction experience over a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, technology and construction. Mr. Walker served as an associate adjunct professor at UCLA, teaching courses in leadership, management and ethics, as well as weapon systems engineering. He was a U.S. Naval Officer for more than eight years, serving as a Naval Flight Officer in the F-14 Tomcat. Mr. Walker received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a master's in business administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses.
