Mr. Burke has more than 10 years of investment banking experience with expertise in financial analysis, research analysis, business planning, and strategic and operational consulting. He has advised companies in a variety of industries, including construction, industrial minerals, manufacturing, distribution, and high technology. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo, Mr. Burke worked for Kibel, Green, Issa Inc., a crisis-management consulting and M&A firm, where he specialized in sell-side advisory services and debt and equity placements. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Riverside and a master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.  He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
