Mark Agosto

Mr. Agosto has more than 12 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo, he was a vice president with a San Francisco-based merchant bank where he facilitated leveraged and management buyouts.  He also worked as a mergers and acquisitions principal with a Boston based middle-market investment bank. He has advised over 100 companies and has been involved in both the sell-side and buy-side of the merger and acquisition process in a variety of industries. Mr. Agosto earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo and master's in business administration with honors in finance from Boston University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
