William R. Shiry, Jr.

Mr. Shiry has more than 17 years of corporate finance experience. Previously, he worked with a boutique investment bank providing financial advisory services to middle-market companies. As a managing director with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC, he was responsible for advising on merger & acquisition transactions and for assisting clients in raising senior debt, subordinated debt/mezzanine finance and equity in the private capital markets. Mr. Shiry has also held positions in leveraged finance syndications at Heller Financial and in loan syndications, private placements, corporate finance and banking with Bank of America.  He has been involved in transactions in a wide variety of industries and has worked with both private and public companies ranging in size from the middle market to the Fortune 1000.  Mr. Shiry holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Miami University and a master's in business administration from the University of Michigan.
