John Cary

Mr. Cary has more than 16 years of corporate development experience. He has successfully negotiated numerous sale and recapitalization transactions in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, insurance, business process outsourcing and health care. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo, Mr. Cary led the western U.S. business development group for RSM McGladrey Employer Services. He previously founded and served as chief executive officer of two successful start-up businesses, Cellular City and ComCore. An active member of the Big Brother/Big Sister program, Mr. Cary also developed an annual benefit for the Muscular Dystrophy Association from 2000 to 2004. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.  He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
