Bruce Manchester

Mr. Manchester has more than 20 years of investment banking and cross-border M&A experience. As a founding supervising principal for a San Francisco-based boutique investment bank, he provided advisory services to clients in the building products, energy, medical devices and technology sectors. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo, he was a managing director and industry manager in the Natural Resources Group for Banc of America Securities.  He also served as regional director of investment banking and vice president of capital markets for Bank of America in Canada. Mr. Manchester holds a master's of business administration from the University of Toronto. He is a general securities representative and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
